Send the website address, the page to change and the new content. We can review the request and quote the work.
02 · An issue to investigate
Get help with a broken contact form, a plugin conflict or a layout that no longer works on mobile. Tell us what changed and which page is affected so we can review access, identify the likely scope and quote the work.
03 · A bigger project
New features, migrations or a full redesign need an agreed project scope. We can help define the work before it begins.
A maintenance subscription is not required to ask for help. Access, the site’s condition and outside systems affect the work needed. Secure access can be arranged directly; do not send passwords in a public inquiry.

01 · Your website’s activity
A store or membership website that changes frequently may need a different arrangement from a mostly static site. Consider what could be lost between copies.
02 · A practical recovery path
Confirm retention, backup location and the restore process. Updates reduce avoidable problems; they do not make a website immune to compromise.
Malware/virus removal and urgent recovery work are separately scoped unless your agreement expressly includes them. Do not assume these services are included in every standard care tier.
Slow pages, new plugins, large media and changing integrations can require investigation. Describe the affected pages and devices so the work can be assessed against the selected plan or separately quoted. A care subscription does not automatically include a redesign, unlimited development or every performance fix.
When changes become a larger project, website redesign may be the more useful scope. Keep an agreed list of priorities so routine care and new development remain clear.
Hosting provides the server environment. Website care provides the agreed maintenance and support work. Website build packages include domain registration for the first year. Already have a domain elsewhere? We can help bring it to our hosting platform.
Domain renewals, hosting, email and paid software follow the costs and responsibilities agreed for your website.
A little clarity
No. Monthly plans are optional, and as-needed service is available. A recurring plan helps organize the tasks and schedule your website needs.
Platinum lists monthly maintenance and complete backups. Minimum includes them three times per year, Silver four times and Gold six times. The monthly price is the billing frequency, not a promise that every task is performed monthly.
The plans include all website files and the database at the selected maintenance/backup frequency. Confirm retention and restoration arrangements for your website when choosing a plan.
Silver, Gold and Platinum include 30 minutes per month for website work, changes and additions. Gold and Platinum also include a separate 30 minutes per month for bug fixes and email support. These are separate allowances, not one unrestricted hour. Minimum has no included monthly website-work allowance.
Additional work beyond the listed scope is quoted and invoiced separately at standard rates. Discuss larger changes before treating them as part of a monthly allowance.
Confirm how time is recorded and whether carryover applies in your service agreement. A rollover allowance is not stated in these plan descriptions.
Platinum includes priority support response, with no fixed response-time guarantee stated here. Urgent recovery, malware removal and any additional support need an explicit agreed scope.

Yes. We can review a WordPress website built by another provider, confirm the access and account responsibilities, and recommend a suitable care or one-off support scope. Any initial remediation and work outside the selected plan are quoted separately.
